Yes it will. I believe they actually recommend doing it with an exhaust because the exhaust changes the air flow.

Dynojunk is CRAP... You have to pay for each tune even though the website makes you think you can do multiple tunes..... Tech support is a waste of time and they really don't care if you are happy with their product or not. Yes I'm talking about you louie. Basically paid $349.99 to turn my fan on 9 degrees earlier

We'll take the tech support one on the chin, but I do want to correct you on the tunes. With our launch of Universal Tokens earlier this month, we introduced Premium Tunes. These are tunes made specifically for HIGHLY modified setups. Those are not free and require you to exchange tokens. However, the rest (and majority) of our tune database are free tunes, ranging from stock improved tunes to mildly modified setups. In order to flash a tune into your vehicle, you must have a flash license on your Power Vision 3. All of our PV3s out the box come with one flash license, allowing you to merry that PV3 to your vehicle and flash that vehicle as many times as you wish. If you want to flash another vehicle, instead of having to purchase another PV3 for it, you can just purchase a new flash license and use the same PV3 on both vehicles.
