Dysphagia is different from Dysphasia. The Dysphasia with "s" in this video is a language disorder whereas dysphagia with "g" is difficulty with swallowing

SLP here. Dysarthria is not just due to motor weakness. Speech is not a strength activity. It's a speed/accuracy activity and therefore there are only a small subset of people with dysarthria where weakness is the cause of their speech difficulties. Weakness is usually a cause in flaccid dysarhria but there are other kinds of dysarthria, such as ataxic dysarthia, spastic dysarthria, and hypo/hyperkinetic.
