Dyson 360 Heurist First UK Review

The old one had serious navigating issues. It was a more powerful vacuum than anything on the market, but it would it entirely miss small patches of area. I really want to see a comparison between the new Heurist vs i7.

It's meticulous in how it cleans🌼 which I like. It gets pretty much everything. It goes underneath my kitchen bar.

I've had a Eufy robovac for a few years now, fraction of the cost, works a treat, will fit under my cupboards.

My roborock has sensors so that it knows it’s approaching something and slows it down before it hits it, it also has a bumper so it just barely taps whatever it is ( table, chair leg, my cat, etc.) that Dyson just slams right into everything, hence the scratches on your tv stand

How are you getting on with it? Cannot wait for your update review. I messaged Dyson last week to see when this would be available to purchase in the UK and they said hopefully before Christmas. I had the original 360 eye but had to return it as it kept getting stuck and running out of battery before it could get back to the charging station. I had to constantly watch it which defeated the point in having a robot vacuum. It used to take half a day to do a small flat and I just used to think I could vacuum this within 10 minutes myself. I’m hoping the new one is much better.

my Dyson 360 eye is 5 years old now and still running. Only the accu and the rear filter need a replacement now. I am getting the 360 Heurist in a few days. Didn't the Heurist make a learning drive through your flat with no sucking at first as mentioned in other videos often?!

How is it doing? Worth the upgrade? My aunt has a 360 Eye and isn’t too keen on it! It’s sort of ok but not great she says! I would love one of these! 😃

hopefully those new front sensors prevent it from ramming into everything like a bloody Trireme at battle. XD Damn, your old vacuum is bloody bashed it'self right in. My 2 year old Xiomi is relatively scuff free and zero proper gashes on it. edit: also, fair chance the camera outer lense is sapphire glass, should protect it from pretty much anything but a direct strike with a hammer.

the old one was kind of baby engineered by dyson malmesbury. we built it in malaysia back in 2014. at that point we never tot this cud have a sequel product. the software was so immatured and failed every single possibility to stop it. the shiny black bars side by side to the suction bin was the sensor that senses obstruction and the sensor pcb was not up to mark. there was a software to show a live feed of the 360 camera and it shows a wideeeeee screen video of the surrounding. like a bird eye view. was so cool. guess james dyson pushed his people so hard for the sequel. this is the most pricey product of dyson.

You have probably figured out but you can make different rooms with that dyson Now I’m not sure but with the roombas you can say vacuum this room at this time this day on this power setting and this room on this day and time and the max setting so idk if that dyson has it but just wanted to let you know

I had 360 Eye. It was terrible. Constant stuck on things, under things, scratches itself, got lost in the middle of the house, missed half of the room or house...I returned it.

Dyson doesn't even support the eye anymore,I need a new battery and brush roll for mine. I spent over $1000 on the original 360 A complete waste of an investment,, oh well guess I'll get the new LG or Shark.

I got x2 batteries no problem for the original 360eye from a dyson reseller. I think the brushbar is the same as the Heurist? But not 100% sure. Give dyson a call

@@RealLifeGadgetReviews I did have a chat with them thru the app and was informed they have retired the robot, they did give me info to the nearest Dyson Shop but unfortunately they were out of parts as well. Keep in mind I'm located in the US so maybe they have discontinued support here. Glad you are enjoying yours, I loved the way mine cleaned

You think thats dirty? Imagine not having a dyson running every day for 60minutes...just 24hrs before the old 360 eye had done its clean! Thankfully not to worried about dirt, as my Grandma said ‘a bit of dirt is good for you’. Live in such a sanitised world. Beside, dont have time to worry about dirt with 4 kids, a wife, 2 dogs and several businesses!

The canister is tiny. In a regular vacuum that'd be hardly any dirt at all
