DYSON AIRWRAP VS REVLON PLUS ON CURLY HAIR - HONEST REVIEW

I Love the revlon side but I’m glad I invested in the Airwrap. I was using the revlon brush for over a year and it completely fried the ends of my hair. I had to cut off 6 inches for my hair to be healthy again. I’ve had my Airwrap for almost 1 year and it’s very healthy. Some people don’t understand that with Dyson yes it’s expensive but you’re paying for the technology.

@@maheenm.k1015 I used it once a week and then never put heat in my hair after that until wash day. I do the same thing with my airwrap. What I noticed was the revlon brush was burning the ends of my hair, you can smell the burnt smell when you use it. That should’ve been a red flag for me not to keep using it.

GM hope you feel better soon, girl I have been waiting for Dyson to step up their game with the brush, is the reason I returned it. They should sell the base separately and give us the option of attachments.

I have the dyson pack and I love it . I feel my hair is more bouncy and more healthy . Worth $500 I just wish the air brush for the dyson would be bigger and stronger for those with thick hair like myself it takes longer and like you , I have to do small sections .

I wanted to love the Revlon brush so much, but the bristles ended up breaking my already damaged hair. One of the sides which was more damaged is now all broken and shorter. Had to cut curtain bangs. I ended up going back to my regular blow drier and brush. 😢

What is the point of the Revlon popping out, are they going to have attachments that go in there?

You can detach the brush and use the base as a dryer. You're supposed to dry the hair about 75%, and then use the brush to style. You shouldn't use the brush attachment to style with dripping wet hair, fresh out of the shower. That's probably why some people have damaged hair from using it.

Revlon one step original and plus is best for curly head girls and its much more cheaper. A good dupe for the dyson is the (Revlon ionic) its only $22

Julissa, hello thanks for this video. Before purchasing my Revlon hair dryer/styler one step I didn't watch any videos. My purchase was spontaneous. My silk press was done recently by my stylist. I have curly hair and normally air dry it. Since it's fall soon to be winter don't want to go bed with damp hair. I hope it exceeds my expectations.
