We bought an HP07 with a 3 year warranty and when we received it the control panel would not respond to any commands. That's through the manual or remote. We contacted Dyson and went through their trouble shooting with their technician.They determined that the product was faulty but my problem is that their remedy was to send it back and they would repair it and return it to me. I requested that since I paid $800.00 for a quality product I felt that I should return it and they ship me a new one, repair the faulty product and sell it as used. With Dyson, being their in such demand, that was not an option.

Apparently now in 2023 this device cannot be connected to any app anymore so forget about smart connectivity at all. They’ve left only the most expensive version of this that is now in a gold color with an app connectivity. Ridiculous - stripping an already expensive device of option just to make the more expensive one look like an upgrade. Thank you, but no.

Oh my god is this for real? I just bought one and I’m unable to properly connect it to the app, it shows the purifier on the app, but it doesn’t respond to any of my commands

@@Solidariity HP07 and the manual that I’ve received in my email after registering the warranty of the purifier does says that it has the ability to connect and control through the app I called customer service and was told they are “updating” the app and have multiple reports on this issue, but couldn’t give me a timeframe in which the problem would be solved… I feel I was mislead when I purchase this

$500-700 for the unit and $80 for replacement filter to be changed every 12 mo. Still seems like a bargain for all it does

unable to sleep as it is very noisy even in night mode when heating!!! if I had known this I would not have purchased, have literally wasted $850!!!

Unfortunately the performance is dreadful compared to the cheaper models

The heater is the best but you can get better fan or AC for same price. The air purifier is good, middle of the pack but not the best air purifier. But you can find a fan that heats, purified, cools, has smart technology, auto thermostat and an LCD showing air quality all in one package. I haven't found one yet except Dyson
