I have the V10 animal and absolutely love it. I have a St. Bernard/Great Pyrenees cross and a German Shepard/Great Pyrenees cross so I have a lot of pet hair to vacuum up each day. It’s so easy to use. It is important to remember when washing the filter to use COLD water. I didn’t and had to replace the filter. Ordering was quick and easy. Great customer service.

This is an excellent video. I hesitated to leave a comment. I just got my V10 yesterday. And it is already a love/hate relationship...but I need to remember what I got it for. I don't think the battery lasts 20 minutes on the super boost...but it really does a good job. I had got it mainly for the hardwood floor part of the floorspace...but then I love the convenience of no cord, and tried to vacuum the living room. Granted it is a big living room. The battery did not last to finish it. If you had a smaller home, it would be perfect. I will try to be content with it for the hardwood floors...cause it is so nice to get around the dining table, etc.

Can’t wait to use my animal v10 tonight, after it’s finished charging. Look forward to it. The Samsung was so heavy and cut out had minimal time usage and very heavy to push and manoeuvre around.

Thank you for the informative video! You gave me ideas on how to use the tools for different jobs. I just brought a V10 and I am very impressed. I vacuumed my mattress and was really impressed with the job. Cleaning the air conditioning units in my rooms! WOW! After watching this video I used the dusting brush on blast and it did a fantastic job! I have pets I thought my floors were clean.. it pulled cat hair from the hard wood floors that you don't even see! Great job! I enjoy emptying the dust bin! My suggestions on this tool is that I wish it had a sturdier connection with the wand and floor sweeper tool. It doesn't stand up on it's on. (or should it?) It fell over 👀and I was worried! And I wish the floor sweeper had a light.

I have a V6 which has always been ok really but not the best run time, would it be a worthwhile upgrade to something like this?
@lords-electrical4 жыл бұрын
The vacuums have come on a long way since the V6, as the runtime is better at 60 minutes, the bin capacity is a lot bigger and the suctions is certainly better.
@shitzuation4 жыл бұрын
I upgraded from the v6 to the v10 yesterday and am really impressed so far :) its a tad heavier than the v6 but I guess that’s to be expected with the larger barrel size. I was also looking at the v7 due to the price difference between the two- but the longer battery life, bin emptying mechanism and extra suction power of the v10 won me over. You and ur floor won’t regret the upgrade! 😄
@RobertoSanchez-rz4qv4 жыл бұрын
Do you sell any Shark vacums? They seem to have a lot of hype. It's like they are the new dyson. As far as I can see they just have 2 brushes and an interchangeable battery. Really interested to see a review if you sell them
@lords-electrical4 жыл бұрын
At the moment we dont but hopefully going to stock them soon. I have tried several and they dont have the panache of the Dyson but the performance is pretty good. They are a bit of a hype at the moment like Gtech were several years ago
@RobertoSanchez-rz4qv4 жыл бұрын
The certainly do have good marketing. My perception of Gtech overall is "underpowered" but good if the weight of a machine is an issue. I was surprised recently though. As much as I like Dyson. My V6 motorised head failed after less than 3 years with only occasional use. Disappointed. Also Why don't dyson do interchangeable batteries?

I like the vacuum but blows out fast air out of filter vent when I accidentally pushed the power button on when holding the body. Blew fast air it went under my eyeglasses into my eyes. Dry my eyeballs. Hate that. Just got it today. When I start using vacuum and that happens again hope dust won't blow out into my eyes, you think? When holding the body, I have to make sure my finger not on the power button.
@lords-electrical3 жыл бұрын
This sounds correct that the vacuum will blow the air out the vacuum, but it shouldn't be dusty as the filters should get rid of the dust before it exits the machine

Great info thanks 🙏🏽. I’m about to buy this one as unsure if I really need the v11. Thanks for the video, it was very clear and informative as I'm not familiar with Dyson. I used one years ago and it seemed clunky and heavy. But this one is coming recommended. I wonder would having to keep your finger on the button be annoying and painful after a while. Is it called animal because its specifically good for pet hairs?
@lords-electrical3 жыл бұрын
This is a great vacuum cleaner and you will get used to keeping your finger on the trigger after a while. It is just called the Animal as it sounds good to consumers that it will be ideal for pet hair, it doesn't have any extra tools in it compared to the other models in the range like the Absolute.
