Dyson V15 Detect - Particle Count & Graph - What Does It Mean?

Particle Count and Graph on the Dyson V15 Detect screen.
The Dyson V15 Detect counts and measures the size of dust particles as it sucks in these particles. The LCD screen shows what is being sucked up, showing real-time proof of a deep clean.
The particle count is available in all power modes and with all attachments. The measuring and counting of particles can be turned off. Turning off the particle count and graph will stop our vacuum cleaner from adjusting automatically adjusting the the suction power.

Thank you for sharing your video. I am considering getting this vacuume especially for the particle counter. Do you know if it would work for counting something the size of a grain of rice?

Yes, it’s supposed to detect even sugar particles

@@jayzay1381 Apparently, it only detects small particles. Sugar is a perfect example of what it can be used for. I've been told it doesn't count particles larger than a flea. I was hoping to use it in my work which involves counting hundreds or even thousands of dead mosquitoes. It would really save time.
