hello @dyson! I have ordered this product in Romania, and i was surprised and disappointed that this device dosen’t have a storage/travel bag! I was so disappointed! Especially because i have the airwrap as well and that one has both storage and travel bag. I mean having in mind the cost of this product is kind of a shame that no bag is included in the kit :) i am a huge fan of dyson products but this time 👎🏼 thumbs down for this detail.

Airstrait is the first product that I bought from dyson. I was very disappointed that this product doesn’t have a travel bag. (This is the most expensive hair device I have ever bought)

We've integrated this type of plug as an additional safety element - it's important in enabling wet to dry straightening. It tests and ensures the safety of the machine before use. Also, moving some key electronic elements to the plug removes weight and bulk from the machine itself.

I got mine today from Dyson İstinye Park after months of asking them if they have stock. They increased the price from 16 to 19 🥲 anyway.. Luckily today they said yes there is stock and got it right away. There is no stock in Teknosa but they said it will come soon.

Logging in and ordering anything from Dyson is a impossible. Password isn't correct.......every time! Even though it's the correct password! Password changed! Still not accepted! Once I had to call them to place an order. Now I just ordered as a guest!!!!!!

Just purchased this and on having a go with dry hair you straighten one bit/section but then the fan blows it everywhere even on low fan setting!

That happened to me as well but I realised I was inserting my hair through the wrong side ( opposite LED screen ). Hope this has helped. =)
