I have alot of this and no answers except narrowing transverse sinus on the left. My neck muscles are tight and lost muscle in my back it's becoming unstable to my lumbar as well. Shots in traps made it worse

The imaging you use is amazing! I have been dizzy for over a year now and no one can seem to find the cause other then that it is cervicogenic. I would love to get in contact with you.
