I have this bike, but i don't find it has pedal assist at all. Ive even had a replacement, and it's the same, unfortunately, as it's such great quality otherwise. so without the throttle being used i wasnt getting any assustance. Customer service from DYU has been great though. Im currently waiting to return it as i need one with true pedal assist.

The pedal assist is pretty good to be fair it’s a shame you’ve bought one that’s not working right, it’s good to know that their customer service is good though as it’s the first time we have dealt with them
