But this is Brian Harvey, he couldn't be any different. Brian Harvey and East 17 will always remain in our hearts. But unfortunately, and it's obvious that his voice could not compete at that moment with Boyz2Men, Jodeci, and the American soul/rhythm and blues/gospel market, and even with Backstreet boyz and Nsync, there were more powerful voices and bigger budgets in this market.
