Revolt Motors' flagship electric motorcycle, the RV 400, costs Rs 1,24,999 (ex-showroom Delhi), courtesy of the Fame 2 subsidy.
The RV 400 is powered by a 5kW motor paired with a swappable 3.24kWh lithium-ion battery. Revolt claims that it can deliver an ARAI-certified range of 156km.
Apart from the LED headlights, the RV400 packs a full-LCD instrument console and 4G connectivity. It also features onboard diagnostics and over-the-air updates. Riders can also pair their smartphone with the bike and the Revolt app gives them access to travel history, battery health, range, and nearest swap station. For added security, it’s also equipped with geofencing and keyless operation. The Revolt RV400 even gets speakers for an artificial engine sound.
The battery takes about 4.5 hours to charge completely using a 15A socket. But you can even swap the battery at the Revolt Swap Station in case you are in a hurry.
The suspension setup includes an inverted front fork and a monoshock at the rear with preload adjustability. As for the braking hardware, it gets 240mm discs on both ends with CBS as standard.
The RV400 has no direct rivals but in the EV space, however, viable alternatives include the Ather 450X, TVS iQube Electric, and the Bajaj Chetak.

Balanced views on the eBike. EVs will not justify their cost with petrol driven bikes. Further Govt subsidy will not last forever. Once the number of Ebikes on increase to a huge number, domestic tariff rates for electricity will not apply as these are subsidised rates of State Electricity Boards like TANGEDCO. Separate tariff order by Electricity Regulatory Commission may charge more for EV charging at outlets. We can buy as a Novelty not as a Utility. These are my views Sir

Whatever you said was exactly true.this is what I felt with soco also✌️great work bro Indian ev bike manufacturers are just copying from Chinese market,Ather is the only one unique which is made up thinking to our indian condition. My thinking about ev toward motorcycle is that it won't be our future, it's better to try to use Hydrogen fuel in our engines it's difficult but it has more scope than ev as per my thoughts of using different ev bikes and scooter for more than 6yrs No hate towards any other ev bikes just my thoughts ✌️
