I keep a first aid kit on my ebike. I had to use it a few months ago for the first time in 4 years. But I am glad I had it. I fell with my bike, not off it. But I got a couple good scrapes and had some gauze pads to put on it with a neosporen gel. It felt so good to take care of myself right away. I also keep a few tools in the rear rack bag.

I agree 100% on the emergency kit, I fell on a gravel road and had to use my sock to stop the bleeding. I wasn't hurt bad but my knee would not stop bleeding.

I was putting a new tire on a rim once and I put some air in it and I was banging it trying to Center the tire and my watch thought I had had an accident luckily, I caught it in time

@@kdscrapping4452 Apple Watch can detect a heavy impact and if you don’t respond to the watch, it will report it to 911 with your location

All great points. I carry a hiking size first aid kit, and have my Garmin setup for emergency notifications if I take a fall. Really nice ride through all that green. Things are turning brown here.

Nice job on the video and posting Thank you. I have 6,000 miles on my RAD Power 2018 City 4 with one flat tire. Later looking down at my kickstand don't remember why, I heard a pop my rear tire spit out a little green mist and the plastic inside the tube sealed the flat being under pressure. Same tubes, different tires, same "Slime" no flats. But the "Slime" needs to be 'in' the tire, not 'in' the repair kit.

Thanks for the video. I carry tubes in my trike's basket rather than a patch kit. I got them after I watched a KZbinr catch a nail that tore up his tube and it couldn't be patched. Will I be able to change tubes if the occasion arises? I hope so!

I fell on my Mooncool CG2 kinda like that. Was my fault I didn't tighten the adjustable stem enough. I was just starting to pedal, but when i put my weight on the handlebars they folded over in the basket. Tried to jump off but my foot got pinned between the foot boards in the rear and pedal so it wasn't going down without me lol.

Hi Jerry since your post is dealing with preparing for trouble and problems…..what type of insurance do you have on all your e-bikes? My State Farm home owners insurance won’t cover our new Lectric XP 3.0 foldable bikes. Just picked them up yesterday and never even thought they wouldn’t go under our home owners. They said since the bikes top speed is over 20mph. Sure would appreciate any help from your self or others dealing with this situation

@@lawnmowerman2199 that is a great question and because I get most of my bikes donated by the manufactures I don’t insure them because I turn them over so quick. I’ve seen fb post over the subject but never looked them over, sorry
