Since the bike stem is fix.. is there any issue ? Or is it comfortable to ride? Some might say that it might have a shoulder ache since u cant adjust the stem.

You mentioned that you could push it to 40km/h. The pedaling for my other ebike feels so light when its above 25km/h. So its hard to go above than that. So, for this bike, do you feel that u have to exert an insanely amount of force to make it go faster than 25km/h?

Yes, The motor cuts off around 25kph so the acceleration is coming from pure leg power. Just to test how fast the bike can go with the intial help from the motor.

@@davidng8038 You mean both batteries were depleted in 20Km? I would think the smaller battery on the top tube would when in mode 3. I would suggest to take to their shop for further investigation. It is really new to have this problem, I have met some of the guys in Bukit batok shop and they are very accomodating.
