thought you were gonna get stuck in the middle of nowhere, interesting how it was so wet over there but the sand was dry, maybe the sun dried it out but it had little effect on the ponds that had formed weeks ago ?

It always floods, there I think the sand is thin over mud.

What connector are you using for the back pack battery? Also, what gauge wire and where did you purchase it? Do you find it heavy?

The connector is an xt90, got the wire off Amazon, 10 gauge silicone for 14 quid, two 8ft lengths, its not heavy, just gets in the way when youre struggling.
