I can’t believe it’s been exactly 1 decade since this song came out. My life is so different from the first time I heard this song. I’m now an adult in my 20s and while Evan might be gone, I make sure I come back and listen every Christmas Eve on my birthday to start each new year of my life out right. Almost 14 years since this song came out. E-dubble was always an inspiration to me. Listened in high school and been a fan for ten years. Underrated and unrecognized. Inspired me and taught me to be hopeful for the future. His music made me feel less alone. Listening to someone speak out about having poor mental health and persevering anyways gave me such hope and still does

I can remember listening to this in 2011 I was learning for a test. I was still in high school, and I was preparing for the last test of the year. After that this song would accompany me on a cliche sumner with a bunch of friends.
