He most likely can't because of copyright issues. A lot of his Freestyle Fridays use samples from multiple artists that he's not affiliated with (e.g. Ratatat, Lykke Li, and the Broken Bells) but since he doesn't make money off of the FF songs there's no legal issue, but there would be if he sold them on iTunes, hence why they aren't available there. It used to be you could download them all and most of his singles for free through Reverbnation(dot)com off of his member page but it looks like he's no longer a member there.
