I am blessed to have the OG UMX Timber, then I got the UMX Turbo Timber, when the UMX Timber X came out I got it and I just picked up my UMX Turbo Timber Evolution today and and I can't wait to Madden her! I love my bigger Aircraft but there is something about these UMX Birds that I seem to have an addiction to 😂 because I try and eventually get 2 of each. My Daughter even learned how to fly on a OG UMX Timber. Again thank you for the uploads and have a awesome day! 🤙🏼

I have a UMX TT, and it is a great plane, but this new UMX TTE really seems to be next level. I'm definitely going to get one at some point.

Love my little UMX TT, that one looks like very nice. If they could only get that price down to 150's it would be the golden standard.

IMO, This one is worth the ten bucks more. The motor and 3s capability is worth it.

Really nice maiden. Great job on the review/comparison of the Timbers. I've had 3 TTs and went to the Timber X instead of getting a forth. I can see myself eventually replace the X with this EVO which will better match my flying preferences.

Yep. I think the X version is a love it or hate it kind of plane. I didn't particularly like it. But there are some that do. This plane is an improvement on a very popular plane. It will do very well. After flying it for a while, my only negative is the slow speed isn't as good as the original. Yes, it may be a bit heavier but mostly, I think it's the flaps. They don't seem to go down as much. I might play around with it and see if I can get it to deploy farther...

Gens Ace 450mah 3s. Works well but a bit bulky for the plane. I'm gonna try a smaller 3s 300mah as it seems that flight time isn't an issue. Wanna try to keep it light. After flying it for a while, only complaint (if it is one) is it doesn't show down as well as the regular turbo timber umx. Combination of a bit more weight and the flaps don't seem to go down as much. So I'll try a 300 and see if it helps

Question: Why do the Ailerons not move the same distance in opposite directions? one moves 100% and one moves 5-10% Why not just have both move 100% like the other planes?

It's called aileron differential. It's actually more efficient if the down is less than up. The Timber UMX series are built that way from the factory. Servo centers are actually offset. Many builders will set up their planes with aileron differential.
