As we are developer how can we access the fatoora simulation portal. Since last 1 year we are getting the same video and documentation from ZATCA. Kindly provide the actual production system where we can generate real CSID and all. In Developer portal we are unable to generate new CSID and renew. So how can we test our system with our VAT Number.

Good day sir I need some clarification about CSR for B2B. Currently, we have one dedicated server that generates invoices for our group of companies. That is to say, each company has its own VAT number, registration and different company name, and all of them are using the same server to generate invoices. Since we are using a single server for multiple companies, I am wondering how we can properly create a CSR in this case. Can we generate multiple CSRs for a single server with the same (common name, EGS Serial Number, Country Name, Invoice Type, Industry) but different (Organization Identifier, Organization Unit Name, Organization Name, Location)? Looking forward to your response.

You can use single server for multiple companies only you need to identify certificates etc for each company transactions in your application. In ZATCA when they say device it is like POS if you have 5 POS directly reporting to ZATCA then you need to register 5 devices as each will have separate certificates. There is no concept of physical hardware but the certificates issued to the relevant tax reporting entity. Say I have 3 companies to report so need to keep 3 lines for certificates and with transactions will get relevant company certificate to report. Thanks
