E-Karts at MYKART Raceway's MEGA TRACK | Ferkart RKZ Onboard Hotlap [4K/50FPS]

Zip onboard the Ferkart RKZ electric kart, as we drive on one of the longest underground karting laps at Mykart Raceway Tropicana Gardens Mall. Their seasonal MEGA track layout spans at 845 meters in length for one lap. Taking you around TGM's basement carpark, it is an excellent challenge for go karting endurance and skill to navigate the tight underground circuit.

The Ferkart RKZ is an excellent electric powered go kart. The RKZ kart can reach very high speeds on this track, with high powered acceleration and responsive steering for the tight corners of this track.
The throttle has a slight delay response, but once it reaches its peak of power, the kart can accelerate extremely fast to high speeds. The suspension might be on the stiffer side, as the kart does not really absorb the bumps or uneven surfaces of the track that well. Aside from these notes, the kart is excellent in steering response, can be very fast at full speed and fun to drive.

Mykart Raceway probably has one of the longest underground go karting tracks in South East Asia. Their MEGA track includes the normal 600 meters circuit connected to their additional Junior/Double seater track that extends it to a total of 845 meters in length.
The track is really long, with average times of 1:30s to faster times of 1:20s or below. It requires lots of technical skill and practice to put together a good lap. Tight corners, narrowing track, bumpy surfaces are the characteristics of this track. There's multiple hard braking sections and closed/visually blocked corners that doesn't allow you to see the next turn so drivers be aware.
Altogether if you can put together a good lap in, its a very fun track to drive that gives good challenge and tests your endurance both physically and mentally on the fast lane!

how does ferkart rkz compare to sodi rsx2 ?

The ferkart rkz advertises a higher top speed and feels smaller in design size if im not mistaken, so slightly more nimble on the tight corners, which is good for low-speed venues. Whereas the sodis are more feature-rich on kart tech, driver ergonomics and probably has slightly better handling/balance on a variety of tracks. Its hard to judge both on low-speed indoor tracks as they perform quite decently. Deciding factors can include how well they're maintained and setup by the karting venue for optimal drivability (as e-karts can be capped from their top speed by the marshals). I've tried the ferkart rkz at 2 different karting venues, if its not setup properly it can feel quite sluggish and exhausting to drive. Mykart raceway feels just right in handling (if i can remember it tends to be more snappy on turn in), although the throttle response needs some learning as it has a slight delay before the power kicks in.
