All these procedures are good for moneyed people. The government should have made the procedures simple for poor people to seek planned housing, whether they come from Grama Thana or from Core Rich "BDA" Planned layouts. Revenue Conversions is not simple at all, the procedures and numerous organizations involved have been created to breed corruption. Which poor person will understand this mirage of Planning .. he neither has the time nor money.. but He needs Housing... its an human right ... whether as per procedure or not
