My pleliminary application has been verified successfully,and I received a link. I proceed to fill my application form for appointment. But after Sunday, I received a message From the embassy, saying "Your application has been rejected. Reason for rejection:The document entitling you to work has not been positively validated. Then I contacted my company that issured me the document,and they said I received that message because I have not been given an Appointment date. On the first page of this document, it is written that ''WNIOSEK O WYDANIE ZEZWOLENIA NA PRACĘ CUDZOZIEMCA NA TERYTORIUM RZECZYPOSPOLITEJ POLSKIEJ''. That document consists of 6 pages.
