Working permit came out last September 2022 but up until now i still dont have visa appointment, I am currently here in Taiwan.

The time period of work permit to join work is starting 3 month from the date it has been started now even though you apply and get appointment you will be getting refusal any how so its better you get fresh work permit now the earlier one work permit has been expired according to what you have said. If you get the visa of any Schengen country then you have this authority that you can entry Europe from any Schengen country that's the reason you are suppose to chose multiple entry
