E-motion 40'' Lcd Tv not powering on-Fixed

Hello, fortunatly I found your KZbin channel. I have an E-MOTION TV 21,5" and after about 15 sec of turn the TV on it shuts off. I opened the TV and I saw that on the power supply board near the transformer are several electricolitic capacitors and when I turn the TV on that zone make noise like a buzzer and after the 15 sec the TV shuts off itself. The model of power supply board is AY050D-2SF10. I don't know if the board has reparation or not and I don't know where can I get this board as well. If you could help me I will be grateful
