Sir, there are several drafts e.g. Minutes of Meeting where signs of more than two officers are required. In e-office, whether two or more than two officers can sign a single draft. If yes, please make a video on it. Please reply, sir.

Abdul Raheman Shaikh No sir..there is only one option..the officer who approved the letter.,the name of the approved officer on the letter..there is no option for two different approved authority

Thanks sir for your early reply. 🙏🙏 I think a provision must be there for signing of a draft by 2 or more than 2 officers. It is a matter of coding only. DPC, Screening committee for MACP, Committee of Commissioners / Chief Commissioners authorizing subordinate officers to file appeal before Tribunal or court, purchase committee etc require signing of the minutes by 2 or more than two officers. Hence, all members of such committees should be allowed to sign the Minutes of the Meeting etc. in e office. Therefore, the technical team of NIC should consider incorporating such provision in e office.
