Sunil ji, draft me copy paste ke liye alag se koi setting nahi hoti, aap kuch mistake kar rahe hai. Add new draft, simply copy text from word file and paste in text editor.

This may be due to some formatting problem, before pasting in textarea, paste first in wordpad or notepad, then select from notepad, and then paste in eoffice text area
