I do have a question though, and I'm not sure if it will be answered, but for those of us who just don't know who we are because we are too self-conscious or holding internal shame or something along those lines, how do we find ourselves and find how we define our identity? ER Fightmaster, thank you so much for doing this interview. I think this said so much more than any of the words you even used. And you did say so much that was inspiring ❤

May this exquisite human STAY catapulted into high visibility opportunities to keep wearing down ignorance & intolerance in this world. Keep up the dialogue, ER/Fight - no matter how tiresome/stale some repetitive inquiries may become (and this goes out to everybody in the LGBTQIA+ community), rest assured that you are being asked out of a core curiosity and willingness to listen/learn… That for someone this IS the first time hearing an answer why inclusivity is so vital to living a full human experience. I've watched Grey's my whole lifw (since I was 5), and it was where I saw black and latinx and queer people like me being represented as more than a victim or the butt of the joke, and when I saw E.R. as Kai it was just the cherry on top for my non-binary ass being represented for the first time in television and I'll never forget it. I actually looked up the meaning of Fightmaster name, here is what i found "Americanized form (translation into English) of German Fechtmeister: from fechten 'to fight to fence; to go begging' + meister 'master' in German thieves' jargon a nickname for a show fighter/fencer and organizer of begging and thieving journeymen at fairs in 17th century Germany. (Dictionary of American Family Names 2nd edition, 2022) So not actually "Forest fighter" lol :)
