Great video but I have a request - can you please take the last 23 seconds and post as a separate video? Call it" E-Tec G2 Torque Demo" or something like that. It is just great how the guy is thrown back into the seat and the bag slides to the transom under the acceleration. Then he seems to struggle to get comfortable with the acceleration but ends with a "go for it" hand gesture - awesome..! Best G2 video to date...!

If they are actually reliable, the first Etec wasn't when it was new. These engines are massively heavier then the original etecs, so much so they are weighing in at 4 stroke weights. They are still 2 strokes so they will still be noisier then any 4 stroke. Will they be able to compete on price? Also the 200-300 HP range misses the majority of the Aussie market. Finally I personally think they look ugly as sin.
