Doctor, thanks for introduction of the video. My question is: What do you do with a hernial sac if you have indirect hernia? Do you tie it or leave alone?

If it is a small indirect sac I will reduce the sac comletely. If it is a large complete hernia then I will ligate the sac distal to the deep ring and leave the distal sac open

Can be done. I have done a few TEP with 30 degree. It has a learning curve on its own, so you will have to get used to it. If you are going to use a 30 degree, keep the light cable at 45 degree for the dissection.
