idili Rice ( Doppi Rice ) - 1Cup
Urad dal - 1/4 Cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Orange red food colour - 1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 11/2 Cup
Water - 1 Cup
Lemon juice - 1 tbs

സ്കൂൾ കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ വാങ്ങി കഴിച്ചിട്ട് ഉള്ള രണ്ട സാധനകൾ ആണ് തേൻ മുട്ടായിയും പാക്കറ്റ് അച്ചാറും ..ക്ലാസ് കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഇത് രണ്ടും വാങ്ങാൻ ഉള്ള തിരക്കാണ് സ്കൂളിന്റെ മുന്നിലെ കടയിൽ.. ഏറ്റവും ആദ്യം വാങ്ങാൻ last ബെൽ അടിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഓടുന്ന ഓട്ടം ഉണ്ട് ..ചിലപ്പോ teacher പോലും ക്ലാസ്സിൽ നിന്ന് പോയിട്ട് ഉണ്ടാകില്ല...അതൊക്കെ ഒരു കാലം ..റെസിപിഎ യെ kaalum സ്കൂൾ കാലഘട്ടം ഓര്മിപ്പിച്ചതിനു ഒത്തിരി സ്നേഹം ചേച്ചി...❤️❤️

കുട്ടികാലം ഓര്മിപ്പിച്ചതിന് നന്ദി ചേച്ചി. എന്റെ husband ഇപ്പോൾ കൊണ്ടുത്തരും. അത് കിട്ടുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ള സന്തോഷം പറഞ്ഞറിയിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല. അതൊക്കെ ഒരു കാലം... ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ കുട്ടികൾ ഇത് കഴിക്കുന്നത് കണ്ടാൽ വീട്ടുകാർ അത് വലിച്ചു എറിഞ്ഞിട്ട് ബർഗർ വാങ്ങി കൊടുക്കും സ്റ്റാറ്റസ് keep cheyyan. പണ്ട് കാലത്തു നാരങ്ങ മിടായി തേൻ മിടായി ഇതൊക്കെ തിന്നാൻ വേണ്ടി യ സ്കൂളിൽ പോകുന്നത്. പെട്ടി കടകാരന്റ കടയിൽ എല്ലാ കൂട്ടുകാരും കൂടി കുപ്പിയിൽ കൈ ഇട്ട് എടുക്കുന്നത് അന്നത്തെ സൗഹൃദത്തിന് തേൻ മിടായി യോളം മധുരം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. I love yu my friends... ഓർമിപ്പിച്ച ചേച്ചിക്ക് വലിയ ലവ് yu chechi love yu chechi.
