Kind Suggestion for the anchor: Your job is to ask questions seeking to share the guest's experiences, ideas, opinions. Not to ensure/make them feel like they are your overlords or someone descended from heaven. So please pick up some good confident vocabulary and display a confident body language, voice tone and facial expressions instead of behaving like you owe them your loyalty. You are as much as a respectable individual as much as your guests regardless how much ever staggering their celebrity status is. And also please do not interrupt while they speak.. Allow them to end a sentence before jumping to say in between. For reference, watch Simi Garewal and other well accomplished television presenters from 30 years ago. This is a suggestion for all new generation interviewing hosts, especially in this channel who mostly end up making the experience cringe.
