Every old characters' powercreep will slowly getting weaker, along with the new updates and new enemies. They got nerfed because the game wants to bring a new meta for the new content.

Mine has 98:120 CV and is doing fine. Even doing better than my FF nowadays, especially in AoE specific content surprisingly. I do have her sig and E1 Robin, though, but that's about the bulk of my investment on her team, at least until I pull her E2.
