honestly topaz is pretty decent imo, but since mihoyo already released 3 fkin destruction characters that are beyond expecation now it feels like every dps character that are going to be released will look weak although its not

who can i replace pela (using on jingliu)with on seele's team? somehow got lucky and won the 50/50 again and i didnt expect that. now my teams are kinda in shanbles. i can use jingliu or kafka on other half depending on the cycle. i plan to pull on SW rerun tho for full mono quantum.

pela is better but can replace pela with anyone (harmony/nihility/dps), Pull sw is a good plan

idk the tier for me seele is very effective just need a good crit, i also want her Lc make turn her into MONSTER (but not enough jade xD)

Finally my friend TopASS is real :V... In my case ft Asta/Tingyun/Pela and ATK boots 2 cycles, I think w/ Asta/SPD set/Tingyun is enough without Asta SPD boots fr, did you test with ATK boots in that comp? nice video as always see u ;D

@@justindelair2128 SW and Bronya are made for Seele in my opinion. If you have Clara or Himeko, then Topaz would be better
