E1246 My curious relationship with time

Where the impression of time comes from and a person's actual interpretation could be different, which is interesting. Light has spatial and temporal aspects and then there's the metronome of the seasons. A person can objectify others and themselves, which I think reduces awareness of complexity so that a person is in a timeless frame where the same is repeated. One way to get around a trigger is to see how one is being attacked, and how one responds. Understanding broadens out the vista again. This might be called empathy, which is seeing the entire human object (or mammal, or life on the planet or in the universe, maybe the universe) and the grace of that without having to objectify.
