Great work on these trees, pruning. Spring work. Worm moon tonight. Highly visible. Only in March when moon is full. On warmer regions, where ground is warming, worms emerge from the ground. That is why it is called the Worm Moon. Brightest of the last full moon of winter. From Farmers Almanac. Just a bit of trivia.

Cool Dandelion growing in the pot. Now you have some leaves to add to your salad.

RIP BRT. ‘Twas superbe in its day. That gmelina is awesome! It reminds me of hangman’s tree, the lost boys hideout, from Peter Pan.

Great video Candice! Sorry to see your rain tree struggle, but at least you learned a lesson about lighting out of it. Thank you for the great information and can't wait to see the blueberry repot!

I hope your brazilian rain tree comes back. I have a jaboticaba tree that lost every branch during the first winter. It sprouted a single flower close to where the apex used to be. Two years later and the tree has new branches and apex. Good luck 🙂

On hard wood listen to the clicks. Squeeze, click, open while into cut, squeeze, click and so on till cut complete. Try lipstick on cut wounds. A natural wax and you can pick color to match the bark. Many shades. If you want the look of cut paste, Gunmetal lipstick by Fantasy. My sister & my niece find me lipsticks cheap for my trees & roses. Works and lasts. Cheaper too.

@@Candice.BonsaiScience Don't forget the glow in the dark lipstick at Halloween. I tried it on my roses and it was a nice glow on the cut ends. My niece found it and bought it for me after Halloween as it was cheaper. Eerie glow for the fall evenings.

I did all of my Tigerbark a couple of weeks ago and the buds are already appearing on bare branches. I do like working with these Ficus and think they are the best indoor tree for beginners. My Lemons went the same way as your Brazilian chap :(

I feel you - even our young trees carry out memories of the sessions we have worked them, and when we loose them it is a bit deeper for us then let’s say someone with hundreds of ficus selling commercially

I’d email Wigerts and ask them and let them know your looking for something in a training pot to develop. If Andrea doesn’t have any try Brussels and Eastern Leaf then get back to me. The other option is watching the Facebook auction groups
