I was having problems getting into your videos finally my grandson helped me and I found these videos of your Barre blend I watched all three of them and it did help me I understand a little better now I think I'm going to give it a try thank you keep the videos coming I sure do enjoy them I like the way you tell everything that you're doing how much sugar and everything you put in you make a real simple for somebody to learn thank you

Thanks for the update, can't wait for the rest. I just macerate frozen berries 500g with 500ml 93% and 200g sugar, it comes out amazing. Made one batch without sugar and plan to take off liquid then cover berries with sugar to leach out remaining juice and spirit
