Sir you summed up my major problems that I face while doing a mock. I have faced each and every problem that you have mentioned. MAJOR PROBLEMS ARE - Silly mistakes. Not understanding the question in one go. Don't identify the logic. Give too much time. Lack of knowledge. Don't give a mock calmly. Could have done better. Way of attempting questions. Mind set. Satisfied or not satisfied after solving a question. I always feel a little bit uncomfortable before starting a mock but I will definitely follow you as it's been months since my marks are fluctuating that's why I'm not confident enough. And that comparison of time is also very true I do it always but no more now. Thank you for your valuable advice I will stick to it and will come here to tell you after some time. I have seen many videos on this topic but this is the best one. No one has elaborated the way you did. I jotted down everything.
