Ah, this one is quite recent, what's been written on it is much clearer than you'd expect, I suspect it was made recently by another iterator to pass the time. It is a quite an interesting collection of data, as it's the code necessary to run an executable as a fun pasttime, the only save file is for one "Artificer" who has overcome it's highest difficulty, impressive!

I once saw a fan comic of a what if scenario where Arti never showed up to Five pebbles puppet chamber and the scav tribe slowly torn apart the structure straight up ignoring their pleas to stop. While sad it was also poetically ironic in the end since Pebbles ignored Moon’s pleas to stop when he started draining her ground water supply. Five pebbles pretty much had it coming in my eyes.

This needs to be turned into a mod to replace all threat music. The spear and explosion sounds to keep the beat were a great touch. Also loved the extra song at the end - Two for one deals are the best. Keep up the phenomenal wawa- I mean, work. :)
