Yes they do. Thankfully having a project manager who knows prices, reputations and quality of work has made all the difference. I also better understand who is asking for a ‘kick back’ so I don’t take their advice and stay clear of them.

The service is flawless and set up was super easy. You plug it in and it moves around a little to scan the sky. It immediately begins to show on the app the best position for coverage and over the next I think 12 hours it fine tunes it. The app shows all kinds of metrics but my downtime over 24 hours is usually around .3 seconds. Because my house is large with thick stone walls I did need to get a repeater (on Amazon) in order for it to reach the furthest room downstairs.

Does the Proj Manager oversee all the work and get the workers? Flat rate or percentage?

Flat fee for the job. You go over the scope of work and she gives a project price. Good question!
