Thanks for posting!!! I have flown Delta with my diabetic alert dog for several years. We are planning to go to Italy in ~ 1 year (rescheduled from April, due to the rabies vaccine - I do not want a premature and unneeded extra vaccine)... I just learned that Italy requires dogs to travel in carriers. Is that correct? You mentioned you did that. Did you mean they held it for you in the cargo section? Delta indicates the dog can sit with me with no carrier (extra leg space seats). Later on in the clip, you mentioned your dog sat with you too. Did you need a EU pet passport? This is done overseas once you arrive. I am having a hard time reaching anyone. LOL with the pet relief areas. My dog won't go in there either... She won't go inside... Thanks for sharing this - I hope you'll be able to answer my questions.

With my experience in Sicily, the repairs would cost a minimum of $80,000. If it needs a roof, much more. It also depends on the level of luxury you want to add.

The best advise I have is to find a Facebook group for that area. You use the search tool to find previous posts on realtor recommendations. If you don’t see any you can ask.

I would have the downstairs kitchen window shutter open and the roll down one upstairs. The front doors have windows in them too and take those hanging things off the front door.

I find this particular property to be loaded with possibilities. My mind always goes to the practical: Roof, windows, air con/heating, water during summer months, laundry facilities, fly screens and the big one for me the availability of skilled contractors who do timely work.

wow I love this. Any time someone mentions there is a church nearby I worry. I was looking to buy in a small town in Molise and the church bell rang every half hour all say long, yes 24 hours a day, it did not stop at night, so I ask you how often does the church bell ring. I am seriously looking at Mussomeli and this house is very interesting.

Wow that is a lot of bells. These ones ring a couple times a day. The one by my house is 7am, 12pm and 6pm. Plus more for events. They are now just a background noise I don’t notice unless I am in the phone 😀.

I would do at least 5 if you think you will be buying. If you are doing the tour that is Mondays and the other agency does private appointments and you only see what you are interested in. That agency is immobiliarespiaggia.com/it/

If you do the tour they see about 10 but they are a range of price, size and location based on everyone in the groups requests. The private viewings with the other agency are specific to what you are looking for. I would not recommend the contractor I used for my house. I would recommend the project manager I used for the other 3 houses I bought. She has solid tradesmen she uses and it was such a better experience and the work was better. WhatsApp Katarina +39 351 532 1860 Let her know Lorrah referred you.

I think you pay 4 k just for the notary public and taxes of all kind. Check if you have sewer connection, gas and electricity and you most of all, must restructure the house which in most cases is very old.
