The fazer2 chassis is awesome. My son has the Challenger and it rips. Handles like it is on rails. You will love it.

Thats what everyone keeps telling me. First thing first, i'll have to get some new tires/wheels and a body. I'll then but it through the rigors of the fender bender speedway and take it from there.

I will get one of these. I’ve got the Shinsei 57 Chevy from 1982 and the JRL 57 Chevy from 1986.. still looking for a radio shack 57 , but these are on my watch list

The Kyosho scale series cars from the 90s had hidden body mounts. It's a shame this series doesn't have them as well.

What a stunning looking body that is Ari, I don't blame you for not wanting to run it with that shell on it. The Fazer chassis was the one that replaced the old Pureten EP Alpha 1 & 2 chassis from the 90's.

@@RCRetro The EP Alpha 1 was a belt driven 4wd chassis, with the EP Alpha 2 being a shaft driven version. They shared a lot of the suspension parts with the Pureten GP Alpha 2&3 nitro chassis.

That 57 Chevy is drop dead gorgeous , really tempted myself on this one. I did have the dodge charger when it came out , as the charger is my favourite mopar muscle car. But this one has got to be the best release on the Fazer chassis. Nice video ;)

This line of bodies really is kick ass. And to be honest. This chassis is better out of the Box then the TT02 with what it comes with.

That is interesting to hear. I'm not crazy about my TT02 that is modified with all the bells and whistles. I'm interested to see how the fazer runs.

I have the TT02S and the Fazer, the Fazer is much much better out the box.

Had most of them. Chevelle body has held up the best. It’s been wrecked (kids) many times. My favorite body is the newest GTO body. It’s more likely to get banged up

That GTO is something else. I might go with the orange Tundra body for my runner through. Think that will look badass on the track.

Since you have the FZ02L, grab the Tundra truck body as your “driver” shell. That would be a great ultra scale basher body.

That's gorgeous fella, Kyosho have really pulled out all the strings regarding body detail on this series. Totally agree regarding shelfing the body, I bought the 69 charger last year..... it was just too nice to scratch up! So that one was kept as a static model, and I bought another charger as a runner.... which I run hard! The Fazer mk2 ain't a bad little chassis, it's tough, pretty quick on the stock electronics and handles reasonably well. The plastic drive shafts etc seem to actually work well, with the 14 turn brushed motor anyway. Anything quicker would certainly recommend upgrading. Main downside being excessive torque steer, and it absolutely rips through tyres in no time.... but, certainly a lot of fun! Great channel mate! 👍 👍 👍

People keep sayin that the Fazer is a pretty good running chassis for what it is. I'd like to run it as is and then hop it up with some aluminum bits and see if there is any real difference.

You don’t need to hop it up to compete on the Fender Bender Speedway…. Unless you are going full brushless and different gearing, the Fazer tends to be very durable and solid performance in it’s stock brushed config. I got mine (Camaro body for me) and got a cheap $20 pre-painted body off of amazon and it is tons of fun, gone through two sets of tires just power sliding around the neighborhood streets.

That seems to be the consensus about the Fazer. But I like a little red bling lol... i'm not in a rush to spend more money on this though. First thing first, new wheels/tires and a body.

I hope this is successful enough that they release some other '50s cars. I don't have anything personal against the '57 Chevy, but it is such a worn out cliche when it comes to all things '50s nostalgia, that I just...Can't. A shoebox Ford would be awesome.

I will eventually run it but not race it. Don't need to hit a sand bag, flip it or have someone smack into me. I'm going to leave the chassis as is. I plan on getting a Fazer Mk2 rolling chassis that they sell and upgrade over time. It will be fitted with a beater body for VTA class in racing. Thats what I'm thinking...
