Hello! My PTE test was cancelled due to the incorrect name. PTE got my name wrong while applying, actually there is a full name in the passport. But when I applied it was only with half of my name. Will I get reimbursement or reschedule the test? Or should I pay again for the test?

Should we speak in a British accent for a better speaking score? I tend to speak in an American accent and it's not easy to switch into a British accent.
