Bigrog1988 What with all of those boring indie titles and the extremely long black ops 3 demo? To be fair star wars battlefront and the new batman game looked pretty damn great as well as uncharted 4. Although the first two are not exclusive to ps4 and will be on xbox 1 and pc as well.. noob. there is no "downgrade". What you see in the trailers are super polished and there is never any plan to release it like that because normal consoles/pcs cannot handle it... they use special devkits to run it at the super nice graphics that you see in trailers. GEEZ!

Since that Xbox one is going to be able to use backwards compatibility with 360 games and also allow mods from the PC to be transferred to the one is it possible to play let's say GTA 4 on the one and use the lcpdfr mod for the one as well if that's indeed possible then I'm gonna be really working to getting an Xbox one if I can do gtaIV with LCPDFR mod.

So... Halo 5... Shooter Recore... Probably a 3rd person shooter Fallout 4... Shooter/RPG The Division... Shooter Rainbow 6 Siege... Shooter Gears of War 4... Shooter Rise of the Tomb Raider... 3rd person shooter w/a lot of action elements Hell even Plants vs Zombies GW2... Shooter I wish Microsoft would back more stuff than shooters. Not everyone is a lover of shooters. Even the Xbox Elite controller is aimed at who? People who play shooters. While there were some nice things, backwards compatibility is great and all but it really backfired on Sony with the PS3 which is probably why they just don't care about it. I'm wondering how many games will actually be playable after awhile with all these reboots and hd remakes. Devs probably won't let there games be backwards compatible if they plan on a Remake or reboot. Plus a full download to play even from disc! Come on! I know its emulating and Microsoft didn't put a 360 lens in there but my memory is already full. Holo lens looks cool but I'm sceptical that's how it actually works or looks. Same with all vr. I'll have to see with my own eyes before I believe any hype. Indie games are cool but only about 10% are good. Cuphead does look amazing. The rest I was... Meh. My enthusiasm was about what the crowd's was. Microsoft has stepped its game up a fuck ton since its launch and its nice to see. However I want a little more diversity in gaming from the Xbox One than it has now. PS4 doesn't have a ton of exclusives but there pretty diverse with shooters, rpgs, action, and platformers. It'll be interesting to see if they can keep up this momentum. They might have a chance to knock Sony off the top if they can keep it up for 2 or 3 more years. Overall a good press conference but not amazing. I thought Bethesda had great pacing, an awesome crowd which fed others (even viewers), and a good line up of games even tho all the games they showcased had shooter aspects as well. I just wish shooters weren't the games everyone was excited about. When was the last time a shooter made game of the year? How oversaturated is the market with shooters? Hell I look back on classics from the NES and up and very few shooters make the list. I know its hard to be original these days but something that's not a shooter, hd Remake, or reboot would be nice.
