Dear Sir, It's very cumbersome to E3 visa holders, specially with family, to renew their visa. For every renewal, entire family has to go out of the country and re-enter in order to get stamp and renew the E3 visa. If this can be avoided and have visa renewed being in the US would be very beneficial and convinient for many Australian Citizens working in the US. Thank you.

Yes, this is the situation my family is in right now. We are heading back to Australia in a few weeks time to renew the visa sticker and to visit family.

Hello Sir, nice information. just a quick question in regards to qualification. do the degree has to be from Australia or can it be from other countries. example I have a citizen ship in Australia but my degree is from India

"Both require a US employer to sponsor" Is that correct? If the term "sponsor" refers specifically to the need to file a petition with USCIS, then I don't think that is the case. Yes, the LCA is required. The I-129 form is not required if applying from outside the US. Not having to file the petition with the USCIS eliminates most, if not all, of the of the costs to the employer, and significantly simplifies the application process. Is that correct? Or is there more implied in the term "sponsor"?

It’s really up to the employer… you’ll need to find an employer willing to stretch to get you, all the stars need to line up…. How long have you been a citizen of Australia for example and what work history do you have to be competitive for a role in the USA.
