The bottom line is guys work on a skill that you can master and make yourself invaluable. There are no quick money making remote jobs. Maybe for people that already have the skill set & experience in a particular field. Become a coder, an EA, salesperson. Continually work on a skill set 1-2hrs per day the sell the hell out of yourself and you may get an ok paying remote job

Apple no longer hires directly for At Home Advisor and majority never see $32 an hour unless you are a senior advisor and have worked your way to that income. Most new senior advisors that had to at least work 1 year towards that promotion only make $22 or so nationwide. Maybe $25-27.

I finished a stint with Enterprise just this week and I can honestly say I have never been lied to or had a position misrepresented as much as I experienced with this company. I am not certain about the workings of the upper levels but the call center and Recovery Specialist employees are basically exploited by management. Their business model seems to be continuously hiring new employees to keep down their labor costs. Beware.

@@ashwinnmyburgh9364 Great input. In my comment/response i said the following: "Thank you for the great info and research. What is missing in ALL these videos ABOUT companies hiring is the creator, or members of their team actually going thru the hiring process AND doing the work. OR, working with a viewer who HAS done that AND how it went, what the work is like, what the company is like - the culture and managements tactics and strategies of dealing with the employee(s). These videos are idealistic, we need a more REALISTIC aspect of these remote jobs and dealing with the actual hiring managers and process, etc. Just MHO" Did you go to any type of forum to read what others experience in a particular role/company. Only saying what you've read VS. the actual experience is what Most ALL YB creators talk about. IF you didn't do it, what qualifies you to talk about it? Where are they getting their info? FROM the HR marketing of the company (now called a job posting) or someone else's perspective. IR reading from a script comprised of online research rather than actual experience.

I have applied/worked for several of these companies and one thing that I didn't hear you mention is that almost all of them require you to have a hardwired internet connection. They don't feel that wifi is reliable enough, so make sure you have an ethernet card in your computer. Ethernet cables are relatively cheap, but make sure you get the good ones for better data flow. Also, most of the transcription ones require certain programs and sometimes special equipment that you can purchase independently or from them, so keep that in mind.

Word of advice for would-be transcribers -- I've been transcribing for over 20 years and at .60 per audio minute you won't make near enough to compensate for the actual amount of time you transcribe. For example, three minutes of audio with multiple speakers can easily take several minutes just to transcribe (nightmare scenarios -- 20 minutes, at least, just to transcribe a few minutes of audio). Save yourself precious time and carefully look at what they are actually asking you to transcribe before committing to the job.

Hey Shane, Firstly, Thank You for this video. I found this video to be useful. One thing I just wanted to point out about my viewing experience from this video is that the orange or reddish color transition effect between your videos is kind of eye-straining. I don't want to be impolite or anything of that sort, but just to let you know that, that kind of transition effect is affecting the viewers and might change the video due to that reason and eventually may affect your viewing minutes. If that transition effect could be a bit lighter or smoother with lighter tones, then that would help viewers a lot.

are you looking for help creating sections for your videos? It makes it easier to find a part I want to rewatch for better understanding. I wanted to go back to find a company name but kept having to scroll back and forth to find it instead of just clicking the section title. Much appreciated!

He is a big scammer! Especially his link he has on his description. He blocked me on ig for telling him that “online writing jobs” that he has on the description is fake and a scam. 📢📢👎👎👎👎 People please be aware and alert 🚨

working solutions is not $15 an hour. they pay per minute usually between 20 - 30 cents a minute
@lsd3022 Жыл бұрын
Also not easy to find positions there either. They also charge the agent/Rep for being part of the working solutions family. Just like many of these companies do to Independants.

20 - 30 cents a minute an hour has 60 minutes If you calculate the average rate of 25 cents per minute for 60 minutes, it would amount to 1500 cents, equivalent to $15. so calling it $15 will not be technically wrong

I worked for them for about a year. TurboTax was their highest paid program. It came out to $19/hr and with bonus. My contract was 0.26/minute. We always had calls so the entire 60 minutes was used. The bonus is during peak season.

Hello Shane, sadly I have not have the luck to fall into a secure job with benefits ever not even talk about how badly paid I have been for many years... so I feel myself stuck, because I do not have experience or education in a great job that I would like to pursue. Per say information technology, taxation, translations, etc. What would you say?...

Hi Shane, I understand your frustration. It's never too late to pursue your dreams. Consider gaining experience or education in your desired fields to open up new opportunities. Don't give up!
