Been making steady progress on the deck. building the first lounge area, great to see it come together, been a lot of fun, weathers been great, no hurricanes at least for now, hard to complain ⛵️

Hey, great looking boat. Pensacola! Not too far from there myself. One thing I wanted to mention as friend and fellow boat rebuilder. Wood absorbs epoxy, you may consider pre wetting the wood a few times with neat epoxy before laying the glass on it, the wood can draw the resin out of the glass leaving you a dry or less than wet layup. I wish you well, maybe Imwill see that Boat one day on the Bay ?

I know how unrealistic it might seam but at the end of the day its just one piece of wood glued to another. you can only eat and elephant a piece at a time, but you can definitely eat a whole elephant no problem!

That boat is not made from plywood and fiberglass. It's made from thickened epoxy held into shape by some plywood and fiberglass. Can't wait to see it on the water.

Aye m8, are you planning for some sort of drainage if there’ll be condensation in those boxes. Sails are quite often wet or moist.
