K-JET AND KE-JET sucks I don't know why they made that. A well designed and tuned carburetor is enough when talking about emissions and this decade a fuel injected carburetor was born 😂

Slick looking build! What intake manifold did you get? I myself cant decide between the 32/24 and 32/26 or mb even 38/38 weber carb. What is your fuel consumption?

32/36 is the best for a stock M10. Built I would go for a 38/38 or dual 40 DCOE

I have a low pressure fuel pump with a manual regulator adjusted to 3psi.

Where did you source your front strut tower brace from? Did you fab it yourself?

It is a Garagistc unit, doesn't fit great and is too close to the distributor, I have since removed it and plan to modify it for better clearance.

Unfortunately the work was not so great, excessive oil pressure from a failed regulator caused the gasket on the oil filter to fail and subsequently the engine seized. Engine is coming back out for a redux ☹️

This is really clean, is that a DGA ? I've put a DMTL in mine and it sings pretty well. Did you cam up your engine or is it stock ?

38/38 DGAS, It has a 292 cam, 91mm forged pistons and a 2.0 crank. Still getting the details corrected but it sure is an improvement over the tired engine that was in it.

@@jayhauss2621 And how is driveability with a 292 cam ? I have the same base as you with the M10B18. I also prepared a longer stroke crank to go 2.0 but as for the cam, I wanted to go 284 to keep the torque low down. I saw that you also have a classic mini, I have an 87' one with a 1330cc, 268° cam with very high mechanical lift with stock rockers, 10:8 CR and home designed velocity stack for the HIF44 (needle is BBC). I guess we love the same old driver's car.
