My E34 is at the workshop with the same issue. I couldn't dare to do it myself. This video makes it so easy. Watching you from Ghana... Thanks

Excellent video, clear, concise, well explained and filmed. Great to see quality parts being used too and you rightly point out the need to torque the inner nut once the suspension is under load to prevent detrimental strain upon the bush. You even included the specific torque settings. This will be the next thing to address on my car. Thanks. 😎👍

Replaced my thrust arms using your video today. Thank you so much! By far the clearest tutorial I've found. Looking forward to more e34 content from you!

Thank you. I'm watching all of you vlog from Thailand. I also use the car, It's pretty cool for serving my daily used even the petrol price is very very high. And I do repair by myself - which all of you vlog is very good guideline.

They are great cars! Definitely worth while, even with petrol getting expensive here as well. I'm glad you find the videos helpful!

Good video, only thing you should know is that torque values are almost always listed on the nut side of the bolt, if you torque the bolt you get all the resistance from the whole bolt turning aswell. A rule of thumb is then to add about 10% torque value to overcome the resistance.

21 mm if you have a V8 model. You’ll also have to remove a bolt underneath where the thrust arm bolts in to give room for your wrench to fit in the gap

En el bmw e32 ,el tornillo del medio y los dos de la barra estabilizadora los he tenido que aflojar unas cuantas vueltas para que baje un poco y pueda caber la llave 22 mm, saludos.

Don't do what I did.... Everyone says rebuild the entire front end and buy these big kits, blah,blah,blah....... Drove with front right tramlining for 5 years and had to replace tire with recycled. Just replace two thrust arms and rebuild any parts necessary later. Do not think this is a bigger job than it is or needs to be. Tramlining is annoying as h3ll. Great vid, if I had seen this well explained vid, I would have just fixed it in my busy schedule. Watching all your well presented videos, love the coil fan resister explanations too.

Can you do a vid or something on the Jack points? I literally can’t find anything for my 91

If you Google "E34 jack points," there a picture of the bottom of the car that has them marked

Great video! But how on earth did you get a wrench on the nut while you were working unscrewing the bolt? On my 540i there isn't nearly enough room to fit a wrench inside that flange. Looked so easy when you did it :(

Sorry you're having trouble, I hope you've managed to get it by now. If not, you can carefully try and tap it in a little with a rubber mallet or a hammer and piece of wood until it bites
