Hey, Is the procedure different for pre-lci E38s with DSP Option from factory?

Pre-LCI cars were not wired for the I-Bus CD Changer, so you need to tap one of three many I-Bus wires as well as power and ground. There are “plug and play” options I can offer but the fact of the matter is you will end up needing to tap an I-Bus wire

@@tass2001 will it work with stock mk1 head unit? Can you please share the detailed instructions? I am thinking about ordering bluebus to be sent in the next round but if it is too involved I will postpone this plan.
