also building a hevort and thinking about tool changing. How is the project going?

Great for the most part, machine is printing as of July. New video coming soon! It’s been a process learning all the tool stuff, but it is great in the end being able to set up such a complicated manufacturing machine.

Hi, Could you please share some more info? I basically want to build similar printer, and I'm looking for the info, how much longer Yaxis profiles need to be, to house whole toolchanging contraption?

I will be uploading links soon, in short, I grew my Y axis by 100mm, although it probably should be a bit more like 150-200mm and shift the bed towards the back of the printer more. Stay tuned for the next video where I will link stuff. Thank you!

Great job man you mean service plug type 15a on top and 15 on the bottom each with there own breaker in the box

Thank you! I didn’t explain it well but I will be using a “dryer plug” (2 Legs of 110v, gnd, and neutral). It has 30A capacity total and I’ll just run the whole thing back to one breaker. Still haven’t figured out how to perfectly balance it.

@@JordanMiller1117 maybe you can help me with a thermal fuse for my heated bed mains powered last piece I need to swap it all over It’s 120volt ac 1000watts it’s will heat to 170c so I want to have a cut around 200-220c

Did you use cf nylon pa6 pa12?

@@JordanMiller1117 wow interesting I will be trying some soon lots of reviews say strongest nylon CF available I also now powders and fillers only weaken the parts virgin polymers and select additives like cf cheers thanks for the link appreciated

@@JordanMiller1117 also you have a great balance of knowledge to share I am interested in your work and the videos are decent too keep it up I wanna see you run 9085 pei and 1010 ultem or at least straight real PC all which they make in CF Aswell

@@CC-kc5lb thank you. Yes I want to run those filaments too. My ultimate goal is PEEK. Which is the reason for the heated enclosure specs.

@@JordanMiller1117 peek pek peak pekk are all super super super expensive and yes I bit better property’s but they are best for gas tanks or medical dental and implants too I believe this the price you will love 9085 it’s a great go to super all purposes but if you want a fuel tank peek is what u want
